Shipping & Delivery: We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as expeditiously as possible i.e. on the next working day. In the event of a product being out of stock, you will be notified by email and given an approximate shipping date. If you wish to proceed with the order it will be dispatched as soon as possible after receipt from the manufacturer. When placing your order you should receive an automatic order confirmation by email, this will confirm the details of your order, but is in no way an acceptance of your order or a guarantee of supply. Unless otherwise requested all communication with you by us will be through email. It is essential that your supplied email address is correct. All orders are subject to security checking and stock availability.
All merchandise will be shipped via our courier or by Royal Mail recorded delivery. More expensive items will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. We would anticipate a normal delivery period of one to seven working days depending on shipping method. A signature will be required upon delivery and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that there is an authorized person available to sign for and accept delivery on the customer’s behalf at the address supplied by the customer. We will not accept any responsibility or liability whatsoever for shipments reported as missing or stolen.
Shipping Costs:
Our postage and package charges are as follows: Orders less than £50.00 will be shipped via courier or Royal Mail First Class recorded Delivery for a nominal charge of £4.00. Orders in excess of £50.00 will be shipped via courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery/Airsure for a nominal charge of £8.00. Some destinations may incur additional charges due to weight or distance. We currently ship to the following destinations; E.U. Member States, Norway, Switzerland, Canada and the U.S.A.
Returns:
Landnsea will refund or exchange any unused/unsoiled items provided they are in their original packaging with all tickets/tags attached and are returned to us within 7 days of the original delivery date. You can claim a full refund less our postage & packaging costs or alternatively exchange any item.
We strongly advise that you use a Courier/Parcel service with the appropriate amount of insurance for parcels valued over £20 or if the parcel is valued below £20 obtain a proof of postage certificate.
Landnsea is not liable for returned parcels lost in transit. In the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim.
Damaged or Faulty goods:
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty due to a manufacturing error please return the item immediately for our inspection. Please note: It maybe necessary to return the item to the manufacturer for their inspection. Items deemed to have a manufacturing fault will be replaced free of charge.
